Found this yesterday announcing that Michael Cera (the character of George-Michael Bluth, son of Michael Bluth, gransdon of George Bluth Sr.) has agreed to do the Arrested Development movie.

Apparently, Cera had not wanted to do the part to avoid being typecast since his filmography is so vast and varied, that it would be a step back to pay recognition to the series that put his name on the map.

For those of you who have read this far but are not familiar with Arrested Development, he was in Superbad and played the boyfriend in Juno.

If you don’t know these movies, and you don’t know Arrested Development, then I can’t imagine why you are still reading this.
